Each year over a million children under the age of 14 visit an Accident and Emergency department following an injury in the home and at least one child dies every day as a result of an accidental Injury
At the Lifesigns Group we offer Safety and First Aid courses for everyone involved with childcare including the people that spend most time with the children YOU the parents. We also encourage grandparent’s childminders and baby sitters who have a responsibility for the young to carry out one of our comprehensive courses You will be taught the first aid skills required to cope with both minor and major injuries as well as the vital life saving techniques necessary to help a child if the worst happens. (For first aid practices, a baby is aged up to 12 months and a child from 1 to puberty. After this, adult’s techniques apply).
Our courses are taught by qualified and experienced First Aid trainers and are tailored to the specific requirements of the group, whether they be parents, grandparents.
